Alpine Conference on Magnetic Resonance in Solids

To register at the Alpine Conference and submit your abstract follow these steps:

1 - Create a personal account in the Participant Area.
   Click on the "Participant Area" button in the top right corner of the Alpine Conference homepage. Initiate account creation by clicking: "1. Create personal conference account". 

2 - Register on-line and book your accommodation.
   Click "Register and Book Your Accomodation" button when logged into the Participant Area to be redirected to the on-line registration website of the Chamonix Convention Bureau. 

3 - Submit your abstract.
   Please, use the link and the identifiers that will be sent to you by email for that purpose at the end of step 1. You can edit/submit your abstract by using "Edit/Submit Your Abstract" button when logged into the Participant Area.

Conference Fee:

The conference fee of 580€ includes registration costs as well as all lunches from Monday through Wednesday, dinners on Sunday and Tuesday, and the banquet on Wednesday night.

Accompanying Person:

A limited number of places are available for accompanying persons. These places will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. The accompanying person fee (320€) includes access to the conference center as well as meals and refreshments during the conference, and the banquet on Wednesday night.

Accomodation:

Single and double bedroom accomodation has been reserved in comfortable hotels, close to the conference center. We have negociated the following prices for these hotels :

Hotel tarifs include breakfast and local taxes. All prices are per night, and based on double occupancy for twin rooms (DOUBLE column gives total price for a double room; the 1/2 TWIN column gives price per person assuming two people occupy the room). For hotel reservation, a two night deposit for your stay is required.

Please, note that the number of places at the Alpine Conference is limited: your place will not be guaranteed until the Chamonix Convention Bureau has received your complete payment, and validated your on-line registration.
