Registration and fees

The number of places at the conference is limited. The conference fee of 580 € includes registration, lunches on Monday 15^th, Tuesday 16^th and Wednesday 17^th, evening meals on Sunday 14^th, Tuesday 16^th, and the banquet on Wednesday 17^th evening (held at a restaurant in Chamonix). A limited number of accompanying person places are also available. The accompanying person fee of 320 € includes access to the conference centre (but not the lectures), meals, and refreshments during the conference.

Register early! Your place will not be guaranteed until we have received full payment.

There will be no on-site registration.

Registration must be completed (with complete payment of the conference fee) before 31 May 2025.

Abstract submission

Once you have registred and received your password, you must submit your abstract before 31 May 2025. You will be able to modify it by logging in, until the submission deadline.
