Registration and fees
The fees stated here are for the 2025 Conference. Finalised fees will be shown in 2027.
The number of places at the conference is limited. The conference fee of 580 € includes registration, lunches on Monday 13th, Tuesday 14th and Wednesday 15th, evening meals on Sunday 12th, Tuesday 14th, and the banquet on Wednesday 15th evening (held at a restaurant in Chamonix). A limited number of accompanying person places are also available. The accompanying person fee of 320 € includes access to the conference centre (but not the lectures), meals, and refreshments during the conference.
Register early! Your place will not be guaranteed until we have received full payment.
There will be no on-site registration.
Registration must be completed (with complete payment of the conference fee) before the end of May 2027.
Abstract submission
Once you have registred and received your password, you must submit your abstract before the end of May 2027. You will be able to modify it by logging in, until the submission deadline.
