Registration:

The number of places at the conference is limited.
 
Your place will not be guaranteed until we have received full payment: register early !!
 
There will be no on-site registration.
 
Registration must be completed (with complete payment of the conference fee) before 31 May 2017.

Abstract submission:
 
Once you have registred and received your password, you must submit your abstract before 31 May 2017. You will be able to modify it by logging in, until the submission deadline.

Student stipend:

A limited number of student stipends are available. If you would like to apply for a stipend, send your application before 30 April 2017.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation must be sent by email or post to the Congress Office (see contact below).
 
Cancellation of registration :
 
No refunds will be provided for cancellation after the 31 July 2017. For written cancellation before this date, 75 euros will be deducted from refund to cover the cost of handling and processing.
 
Cancellation of accommodation :
 
  •  Cancellation before 10th July: hotel deposit will be refunded.
  •  Cancellation between July 10th and August 10th: hotel deposit will be kept.
  •  Cancellation after August 10th: 50 to 100% of the stay could be claimed according to hotel cancellation policy.
